The Ugliest set of Comics

Are you ready for poorly drawn, dirty, ugly and crappy comic-strips...

Starting off with a subtle one.
Weather changes pretty much every second, the city where I currently live in.

Time for the dirty and ugly ones:
My Friend told me about this hilarious-venture called PeePoo.  It's essentially a bag where one pee/poos in and it turns into a fertilizer. Sort of an eco-friendly way to crap.
We drew some comics, about this, for the lols:

Some poorly drawn ones:
There's this friend and colleague who ditches office-parties, more than I do.
So drew some comics based on these inside-jokes.

Mixed-Bag

What do you do when you're patiently waiting for something/ someone...
Well, I like to draw stuff... I used to draw a lot before too, but never held on to the sketches...

Sometimes they're illustrations and at other times, they're plain practice-sketches.
Although I  know, that the sketches aren't that great, they do speak stories and reflect feelings...

It reminds me of the day that I drew it...
It reminds me what was going on in my head and the emotions I had on that day...

In other words, they're Memories and constant reminders of something beautiful or gruesome..

aaaaaaaaah, who cares... I just scribble when I'm bored at work, sigh....

A Big Comic

"The Rains are here ....
I'm in constant Fear...
Internet's in Peril..
I've become the Devil !"

Yeah , the Rains are affecting my Net. I was offline for 2 days and could not "read".
I'm sure I would, had there been no problems. Planning on changing it, this week.

Drew a bunch of comic-strips, this week, based on some Ideas that I had (here):

Did learn some stuff on: Clouds, Anatomy, Color-theory & solved CEED2k5.
So, it's a big improvement. Let me see how it goes, this week.

Btw, Favorites, this week:
Music: Birdy - Wings.
Movie: It Follows
Tv-Show: Flash
Hero [DoTA]: Invoker

2. Watch, read, learn & practice - A sketch/art related tutorial/video per day:
  • Color-theory.
  • Alphonso Dunn's Anatomy-lessons (watch & practice).
  • Finish Ian Bates article. (Come on)
  • Finish the Buzzle article on all perspective-sketches.
3. Other Resolutions:
  • Cycle daily. (Come on)
  • Do Proper Push-ups (lol)
Ideas for next Saturday: Do more of Instructional comics (like Alicia souza).
  • What to do and not whilst cycling.
After a lot of thoughts, I've come up with a "foolproof" learning-schedule:

Art at Work

Did a couple of sketches at work:

Wolverine was the hero that I always used to draw as a kid.

The sketch seems to have come out good. I do not like his legs though.

This reminds me to start working on my Anatomy lessons.

The Tree took me a lot of time. I think the layout of the leaves are a bit off.

The main thing here is that a lot of shading is needed for the tree bark and branches.

Working in IT, there are moments when I've to wait for the computer to catch up. It is during this time, that I render my drawings, in installments.

This was sort of a Design + Art sketch. Part of the sketching tutorial by Ian Bates at Instructables. Definitely a must read and practice.

Used only ball-point pen for these sketches and I must say: Ball-point pen do add a mysterious spark to the sketches. These sketches resemble something that's printed on a 8th Grade Science Textbook.

Im headed off to the watch the Season 5 Finale of Game of Thrones. Hoping that the episode lives to its Hype.

Jurassic World & Art Tutorial

I came across this awesome tutorial that teaches basics of sketching in a fast paced and cool way..

Tbh, it really did walk me through the basics.. Especially shadows and spheres...

Will definitely try and complete the whole thing...

I did watch Jurassic-World today and liked the movie.. Chris Pratt is the calmest badass :D
Drew my fav. scene from the movie. Might redraw it and color it....
