2 Weeks Apart...

It's true what they say...  Sooner or later, all Resolutions fade away.. Truly passionate ones, are the only things that stay...

Haven't written anything in this blog, but frankly, have not given up on drawing and painting, yet..

Drew a couple of stuff these last few weeks:

Last to last week:
1. The Comic:

Came across a TEDx video about rebooting your life. One of the ideas was to draw yourself doing the stuff that you love doing. Well, in my case, it was drawing myself drawing.

2. War Cat:

Grabbed a pencil and just sketched this out.

3. A Lame-quote:

I don't know what this is. (lol) Just tried out something.

Last Week:
1. Dexter saying thank-you:

My first commission. Though, I haven't heard back from the guy, after I drew it for him.

2. A Stapler sketch:

Never have I drawn any objects and shaded something kinda "formally" using pencils. Decided to give it a go. Hopefully, this helps for the design preparations.

This week:
1. Drew a weekly-art full of dogs:
GR, GS, RW, PB & SH seem to be my favs.

For the future, have some lame ideas, have been kinda obsessed with dogs lately:
1. A device that scares dogs.
    - Big sound , stick, water, Badminton Racket ?

2. Dogs yelling at other dogs to mark their territory.
    - What do they say to each other? Maybe, a funny comic.

Design-Ideas for apps:
1. Ajja: To cut down all Wifi, whatsapp, games, and turn a cellphone to a basic phone.
2. Advanced Helper App: An app that integrates into all devices. Kinda like Jarvis.

Learning a lot of Perspectives and Shadows. Hoping to complete viewing and practicing all of the Video-tutorials, that I downloaded .

A Huge Pile-Up

Had a lot of thoughts and stuff going on, in addition to being lazy..
So, here goes:

Daily-art:
Finally resumed today with Jim lee's sketches. Filled an entire page, cause I was pretty guilty of taking a huge break.

Creative Sketches:
I really could not get ideas for quick sketches. I know that there are lot of lame ideas that I put here, but was feeling pretty bored at even trying to sketch em' out. Finally, did a quick painting (although had this work stretched over a few days).

I just feel that when a person is over burdened with problems, it's the negativity that compels one to give up.

Design Related:
Had been going through a bit of Calligraphy and Perspective related references, as I'm preparing for a Competitive-Design exam. To kill time and to make sure that I feel satisfied with the preparations, had some sketches based on these topics.

'A' doodle
1 point Perspective

Will continue with D'Source. However, should start looking at previous exam-papers (may solve one paper per week) and need to start reading more of Design-news and Current-affairs (Sigh!). Hopefully, I'll get cool ideas when I'm on this,

Misc;
Have been pretty engaged in learning IT related stuff, lately. Also, reading on a book that teaches body language, just to get a bit wiser. ;)

Sketching/ Art ideas for the week:
Gotta try sketching some stuff from the shows that I watch:
1. Sketch "Game of Thrones" characters. Season 5 is ongoing now and I'm re-watching all the preceding Seasons, while I'm abt to sleep. Really, an awesome show !
2. Sketch "Big Bang Theory" related stuff. Love watching Sheldon's irritating yet witty remarks, while I eat.
3. A comic-strip showing my fav. scene from "The Office". (Crentist)

Some ideas:
1. While I was cycling, a labrador stared at me for a while and tried to run towards me. For some reason, I was happy and not scared coz at least it did not ignore me.
2. Traffic has increased so much that we now need a rear-view mirror even whilst walking.
3. Preparing for geared cycle. (Already Listed)
4. A comic on blogs/ any resolution:  How I post frequently when I start a blog and then, after a week.
5. A comic about drawing comics.
(Stare at it a lot if it's awesome, throw it asap if it's ugly and fear it if it's incomplete).
6. Something in Calligraphy, maybe a saying. ("An ugly moth will turn into a butterfly, one day.") These things are cheesy.

Temporarily giving up on all the older ideas that are listed on this blog. Mainly cause it sounded cool when I wrote it down, but now it sounds lame.

Must complete at least 5 items from these stuff by: 17-April. (I'm setting up a deadline, cause I'm responsible =) )

DoTA:
Finally abt Dota:

In the 6.84 era, a well-fed Alchemist can literally have 8-slotted items. The bounty-rune is practically a NoS and my god, with the above items, a chemically-raged Alchemist hits at the speed of an enraged Ursa.

Played as Bristleback. Patch 6.84 really buffed BB. Check out SF's items at the end of the game. (Lol !!) Octarine is the new OP item, followed by Lotus-orb and Greaves.

Another example was a game as Outworld-Devourer, with Octarine. Thanks to Octarine, there was a constant Mana & HP revival with an insane intelligence-boost due to the mystic staff components in Hex, Octarine and Shivas. OD was totally hitting with DR worth of damage with an enhanced Ulti.

Alas, let me catch up next Sunday to see how many things I actually complete, from this list.
Hoping I'll be happy & satisfied next week !!
